Tell us about the property
Lot size and layout are what actually move the price. A bigger parcel means more flight time and more passes.
We'll confirm travel with the property address if it's farther outside these areas.
Add-ons and discounts
All optional. None of it is required to get a listing sold.
Homes over 5,000 square feet get a quick look before we confirm the price. We just ask that the homeowner is on board and that people and pets are out of the rooms while we film.
Booking more than one listing, or worked with us before? Both earn a discount, and they stack.
What kind of site?
Commercial work is priced per job. These answers give you a realistic range, and we firm it up after a conversation about the site.
Included on every commercial job
- Certificate of insurance issued to your company before the first flight
- A safety walkthrough with your superintendent, and no flights over working crews
- Original resolution files with commercial usage rights, delivered within 48 to 72 hours of each visit
Aerial imagery is for documentation and marketing. It is not a survey and is not prepared by or under a Colorado licensed professional land surveyor.
Insurance
Many contracts require us to add your company to our policy as an additional insured. Tell us what yours asks for and the certificate is in your hands before the first flight.
Billing
How billing works
- Each visit is invoiced when your files are delivered, due within 30 days. Net 60 by request
- Milestone programs: 25 percent deposit up front, credited to your last visit
- Monthly retainers: first month paid in advance, then monthly. Three month minimum
- Committing to more visits earns a better rate: 15 percent off milestone programs, 20 percent off retainers
